It's shaping up as potentially the biggest week for development news in Buffalo. Mayor Byron Brown may announce as early as tomorrow the winning Webster Block bid. This comes on the heels of today's announcement of the re-use proposal for the Millard Fillmore Gates Hospital site. Yesterday, the NFTA revealed it has sent "solicitation of interest" letters to four entities for the Outer Harbor property it owns. Those groups have until September 28th to respond, according to Business First.
The NFTA also reportedly hired Masiello Martucci Calabrese and Associates as its Albany lobbying firm.
Gordon Companies has purchased the former Union Road site of Rosa's and a nearby warehouse. The separate deals totaled $2.1 million.
Invision Health and Gastroenterology Associates have retained the services of marketing communications firm Travers Collins.
