Man Charged with Possessing Explosives Released to Home



Buffalo, NY (WBEN) A detention hearing was held this morning for Duncan Badding, accused of making bombs a his home in Williamsville. A federal judge has permitted Badding to be released to his home.

"After the court reviewed psychiatric evaluations, he allowed the defendant to be released on several conditions, among them, not being allowed to leave his house," says Assistant US Attorney Joel Violanti.

He says the case is in the investigative stages and deciding what avenues to take with the prosecution.

Releasing him home?
The man is accused of making bombs in his home, but we release him confining him to said home. What's wrong with this picture?
