Buffalo, NY (WBEN) A detention hearing was held this morning for Duncan Badding, accused of making bombs a his home in Williamsville. A federal judge has permitted Badding to be released to his home.
"After the court reviewed psychiatric evaluations, he allowed the defendant to be released on several conditions, among them, not being allowed to leave his house," says Assistant US Attorney Joel Violanti.
