Report: Dareus' Brother Killed in AL Shooting



Pelham, AL (WBEN) A Birmingham TV station is reporting the brother of Buffalo Bill Marcell Dareus was killed over the weekend in a shooting.

Police in the Birmingham suburb of Pelham say a Shelby County man is charged with capital murder and burglary in a shooting that left three people dead.

Authorities said 20-year-old Jon Staggs Jr. of Pelham is being held in the triple slaying, they are not releasing a possible motive.
