Missing Man in Sardinia Located

Sardinia, NY (WBEN) The Erie County Sheriff's Office has located a Sardinia man reported missing.

Kevin R. Cook was located Wednesday afternoon and is alive. He was taken to ECMC.
 

Before being located, he was last seen at approximately 2:00 a.m. by his mother on  September 11th; he was last heard from five hours later at 7:10 a.m. when he called in sick to work. Searchers comprised of the Niagara frontier Search & Rescue Team; NYS Forest Rangers;  State Police; and Sardinia Fire Company searched for several hours yesterday afternoon in the Allen Road vicinity of Sardinia, to no avail.
