Ettipio Sentenced for Deadly Hit and Run

Buffalo, NY (WBEN) An apologetic Michael Ettipio faced the family of Bryce Buchholz in court Thursday before being sentenced to prison.

"I am so very sorry," Ettipio told Buchholz's family. "I understand if you hate me. To Bryce, please forgive me, you deserve to live live." He tearfully told the court, "There's nothing I can every say, nothing I can ever do to amend things," in taking full responsibility for the drunk driving hit and run accident last spring.

Judge John Michalski hopes the bar who served him that spring day also receives justice. He sentenced Ettipio to 1-3 years in prison, his license revoked for a year, and he must use an ignition interlock for five years.

How do you feel about allowing school districts a second vote on their budget plan?
As long as it's a different plan it's ok.
I'm ok with a 2nd vote for the same or a different plan.
  One vote and done!
