Developer Roger Trettel has purchased the former Gutman Building on South Division Street for a reported $375,000. Business First reports his tentative plan is renovate the site into a mixed-use facility, including market rate apartments. Work is expected to begin this fall.

New York State will get $6 million in federal grants to help pay for on-the-job-training costs associated with hiring long-term unemployed workers.
