The Lake Snow Warning for Chautauqua, Catt., Wyoming and S. Erie counties says that the areas along the Chautauqua Ridge will get hit hardest. The Worst Hardest Hit Areas of the Southern Tier:  3-6 in. Thursday, 6-12 in. Thursday night. 4-8  in. Friday for a total near 2 feet  in the most persistent snow bands.  Elsewhere: 12 in. or less
