Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - As you heard LIVE on WBEN, Buffalo Mayor Byron Brown has lifted the driving ban in the city now that 100 percent of city streets are passable.

Warmer temperatures and some rain have shrunk the snowpack across the hardest hit regions and the dig out is underway.  But the risk of Flooding is large beyond the usual late winter & spring trouble spots.
