Cleveland, OH (WBEN) Buffalo Bills Running back, C.J. Spiller has been carted off the field as the Bills led the Browns 14-0. The injury to Spiller came in the first quarter after he was tackled following a pass play. There is no word on the extent of the injury but it appears that Spiller's left shoulder took the brunt of the hit from the Cleveland defender. Spiller had already scored in the game on a screen pass from Ryan Fitzpatrick.
Cleveland has narrowed the lead to 14-7 after a 6-yard score by rookie, Trent Richardson.
