A local investment group has purchased the former Spaghetti Warehouse building on Elm Street for a reported $706,522.  Elm/Michigan Holdings LLC plans to renovate the top two floors into apartments.

Today marks the official grand opening for Western New York's first Country Inn & Suites by Carlson on Slade Avenue in West Seneca.

Medaille College has completed it $5.5 million renovation of its campus center.
President Richard Jurasek tells WBEN "the dining facility has been expanded.  There are different, more contemporary food lines...buffet lines...the seating areas have been brightened up."  A new student lounge area and a fitness center were also added.

Morris Publishing Group has reached an agreement to resell LocalEdge's digital marketing solutions to local businesses in Morris Newspaper markets.  Most of those holdings are in the Southeastern U.S.
