Amity, NY (WBEN) State Police say an Allegany County man stabbed another to death overnight.
Troopers say 33 year old Jason Mehmel got into an argument with 29 year old Jason Cipriano outside Cipriano's home in the town of Amity.
They say the argument turned physical, ending with Mehmel stabbing Cipriano in the upper chest area before running off.
Mehmel later surrendered to troopers.
He's charged with second degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
He's at Allegany County Jail without bail.
