Buffalo, NY (WBEN) -The Buffalo Teachers Federation decided Friday to proceed with its decision to file a lawsuit against the school board and superintendent. A recent decision made by an arbitrator in the union's favor, said the board violated its contract when it involuntarily transferred more than 50 teachers to various "underperforming" schools. BTF President Phil Rumore stating that the teachers union will file lawsuit papers next week.
