Savarino Companies and FFZ Holdings have put forth a $35 million renovation plan for the former F.N. Burt Company building on Seneca Street.  Business First reports the developers want to re-make it as a multi-tenant office building.

Kissling Interests LLC has expressed a desire to convert the top five floors of the White Building at 298 Main Street into high-end apartments.  A demand for downtown residential housing helped spark the proposed $6 million project.

IPC The Hospitalist Company, a manager of mostly hospital-based physician practices, has acquired Elder Medical Services in Upstate New York.  No financial terms were made public.

Heintz & Weber Company has added a handful of new products.  They include four varieties of pepperoncini and Hot Sicilian Flavored Olives.

Eden Industrial Sales is celebrating 55 years in business.  The company deals in industrial cutting tools and machine shop supplies.
