Niagara County Man Charged in Deadly Crash



Pendleton, NY (WBEN) A Pendleton man is charged with DWI after a deadly crash last night.

Just before 10 last night, sheriff's deputies say 29 year old Nathan Morris was trying to back a trailer into the driveway on Bear Ridge Road.

His pickup was struck by a car driven by 60 year old Frank Panepinto of Lockport.

Panepinto died at the scene.

Morris was arrested after several field sobriety tests and charged with DWI and having an unregistered trailer.
