Woman Pleads Guilty to Stealing From Bank

BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) - A woman has pleaded guilty to stealing from two banks.

The U.S. Attorney's office in Buffalo says 44-year-old Diane McManigal of West Seneca deposited fraudulent checks at the banks and then withdrew the funds. The banks lost a total of about $7,000.

McManigal pleaded guilty Wednesday in federal court. She faces up to 10 years in prison when she's sentenced in February.
