Buffalo business Report - Thursday, October 18th 2012



Chason Affinity, the group that was awarded the winning bid to re-develop the former Millard Fillmore - Gates Circle property, has made another local purchase.  Business First reports Chason bought the former Cantalician Center for Learning at 3233 Main Street for $1.6 million through one of its affiliates.

Work has begun on the Buffalo Promise Neighborhood childhood education center at Bailey and Amherst.  The center is expected to be open in 2013.

Constellation Brands has signed a three year deal as a Buffalo Bills sponsor.  No monetary terms of the agreement were released.  The wine maker will provide wine and spirits for executive suites and premium club seats at Ralph Wilson Stadium.

McGuire Development has been chosen by the Town of Lockport's IDA to build an incubator in the Lockport Industrial Park.  Initial plans are for a 10,000 square foot building.  Seven prospective tenants are already eying the site.
