(WBEN) -- Real estate website Zillow has named Buffalo one of America's best cities -- for trick-or-treating.
They ranked Buffalo 17th on a list that factored in median home value, population density, crime rates, and ease of getting around by walking.
And based on those measures, Zillow goes further, and says the best *neighborhood* for trick-or-treating is what they term the "Albright" area -- between Elmwood and Delaware Avenues, bordered by the Scajaquada to the north and Lafayette to the south.
The rest of the top five neighborhoods for a safe and fun Halloween night: North Park, North Delaware, Starin Central, and Parkside.
The next three top neighborhoods are all next to each other in North Buffalo, running the length of Kenmore Avenue all the way west to Elmwood.
ZILLOW's TOP TRICK OR TREATING NEIGHBORHOODS:
2. North Park -- between Delaware and Starin Avenues, bordered by Kenmore Avenue to the north and Linden Avenue to the south.
3. North Delaware -- between Elmwood and Delaware Avenues, bordered by Kenmore Avenue to the north and Linden Avenue to the south.
4. Starin Central -- between Starin Avenue and Shoshone Park, bordered by Kenmore Avenue to the north and Amherst Street to the south.
5. Parkside -- the area east of the zoo and Delaware Park, east of Parkside Avenue, north of Kensington Avenue, and (generally) south of Amherst Street.
