The state Health Department has given its okay to four area hospital projects; a $5.7 million Kenmore Mercy project; a $190,000 renovation project at Millard Fillmore Suburban; a renovation at Neighborhood Health Center on Lawn Avenue and the addition of ophthalmology services for Buffalo Surgery Center on Sheridan Drive.
A study by On Numbers, the on-line service of American City Business Journals, ranks New York 12th in growth rate for disposable income. Driven by an oil boom, North and South Dakota topped that list.
Computer Task Group reported a third quarter net income rise of 27% compared to last year. Net earnings per share were up five cents from a year ago at twenty-three cents per share.
