Wednesday night, State Police Captain Eugene Staniszewski tells WBEN a man was arrested after police pulled him over on a traffic stop. "Wellsville Police arrested a driver for driving while ability impaired by drugs. They found some methamphetamine in the vehicle," says Staniszewski.
He says information from that arrest led to a search warrant, executed Thursday morning at a home on Forsythe Road in the town of Independence. "When they entered the residence, the arrested 20 year old Denae Hall, and investigators then found a clandestine meth lab inside the residence," says Staniszewski.
He says these labs use the one pot method, and are not sophisticated, just using household chemicals. That makes it tough to find these labs without outside information.
