So You Think You Know Who is on the Ballot?

(WBEN) With all the attention on Democratic Cong. Kathy Hochul's battle against Republican Chris Collins,  there may be voters out there that assume they get to vote in that race.  After all, Kathy Hochul  was your congress person last time around right?

Redistricting has in many cases, changed not only people's polling places-- but has possibly moved folks into other congressional or even state legislative districts.

Thought you were in Collins-Hochul?  You might be in Higgins/Madigan (26th NY Cong Dist. ) . Heard all the buzz about NY State Senator Mark Grisanti? You might be see Sen.  Tim Kennedy or Patrick Gallivan on the ballot unopposed  now.

"Probably the area that may be the most confusing is in Amherst, because that's the only community that was cut up for the congressional races."

-- Dennis Ward, Erie Co. Elections Commissioner

". A small portion of East Amherst is now in what we call the new Hochul district, and parts of the town of Amherst that was previously in her district is now in the district being run in by Congressman Higgins and Mr. Madigan  ", Ward says.

Ward says to expect a notice in the mail today or tomorrow if your polling place has changed.

Is your district really the one you thought it was?

Tell us more about redistricting WBEN
Tell us about how and why it came to be. While you're at it, tell us about why Chrysler has been in the news recently and why you refuse to mention it. Something about a candidate telling lies and then running ads telling the same lies.

Liberals beware!
Remember that the educated people, people who read and actually consider issues, are wrong about everything. It's the low-education or no-education folks, the ones who listen to Rush and Hannity and actually believe what someone like Tom Bauerle is told to read, that really know what's going on. Don't forget that.
