Brown releases capital budget proposal
Buffalo (WBEN) -- Mayor Byron Brown on Fridayu released his proposed capital budget for 2013.
It's total $21 million and recommends city-wide infrastructure replacements, park improvements, upgrades to the Hatch Restaurant at Erie Basin Marina, and funding for the Buffalo Zoo, Coca-Cola Field, community centers, demolitions, and libraries.
Brown broke down the allocations during his announcement, and they include:
"Six million dollars for infrastructure, and that's critically important because this will give us the resources to get into the neighborhoods in every single council district," Brown said.
