Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation's medical office on Park Club Lane is taking shape.  The $7.2 million privately-financed project is already 80% leased, according to Business First.  Among the tenants will be Great Lakes Medical Imaging.

TH Business Advisors is partnering with Paris-based X-PM Transition Partners.  TH Business Advisors has a Buffalo office.  It will allow that firm to provide services to companies already conducting business or considering business opportunities internationally.

HSBC USA, Incorporated, the North American banking arm of HSBC Holdings, reported a net income loss of $782 million for its third quarter.  The same quarter a year ago reflected a $312 million net income gain.

Shamrock Chic has returned to the Galleria Mall.  The upper floor store is a joint venture with Celtic Attitudes, featuring Irish and Celtic inspired clothing and merchandise.
