Buffalo, NY (WBEN) A Customs and Border Protection employee is charged with possession of child pornography.
40 year old Steven Metz was arrested today.
Prosecutors say an investigation into child pornography in Phoenix led them to Metz.
They say agents uncovered emails depicting the defendant both getting and sending out pornographic images of children.
He is being held without bail pending a hearing set for tomorrow afternoon.
