A combined effort by the Amherst Industrial Development Agency and the Empire State Development Corporation helped PHH Mortgage Corp. decide to keep its office in Western New York.  Business First reports the proposed new office building will be built in Amherst.   

Creative Structure Services will meet with Buffalo Zoning Board members next Wednesday.  CSS has proposed converting the former Buffalo Covenant Church on Kenmore Avenue into a 12-apartment complex.  If approvals are granted, construction could begin in February.

The Multisorb Technologies expansion has been completed.  Research and development at the French Road site has essentially doubled.

QuaDPharma, a Clarence-based medical technology firm, has received $1 million in funding from Rand Capital SBIC Inc. of Buffalo and Advantage Capital Partners.  The funding will help expand marketing efforts.
