Holiday Valley Ski Resort will unveil its new $12 million main lodge building next month.  Business First reports that kick-off event to the ski season is set for December 15th.

Northwest Savings Bank has signed a definitive agreement to acquire The Bert Company, an Erie, Pennsylvania insurance firm.  Terms of the deal were not made public.

Blackbird Asset Services of Williamsville has been retained by the secured creditor for FWS Home Furnishings to liquidate the remaining inventory.  That will include an auction sale.

Dunn Tire has partnered with The PCA Group on a new integrated business communications system.  All 35 Dunn Tire locations will use the Vertical Wave IP communications system.  
The state Office of General Services has awarded EnergyMark, LLC of Williamsville an energy supply contract.  The two year agreement requires EnergyMark to provide natural gas to twelve Western New York government facilities.
