MCG Real Estate Holdings LLC, an affiliate of McGuire Development Company, was the sole bidder at the auction of the former Sheehan Memorial Hospital property.  A bankruptcy court accepted a $2 million bid for the building and eight surrounding acres.  McGuire had previously announced its intent to move UNYTS and Urban Family Practice to the Michigan Avenue site.  The deal should close next Tuesday.

KODAK has received $830 million in exit financing from a group of institutional investors.  Business First reports that will help keep the Rochester company on track to emerge from bankruptcy protection in the first half of next year.

Buffalo-based Jaggir LLC has unveiled its Camera Clipper.  The device has a universal mount for iPhones, smartphones or a digital camera.  It clips to anything from windows, doors, railings and tree branches.  For more, follow this link.
