Arrest in Mall Stabbing



Amherst, NY (WBEN) Last month, two loss prevention agents were stabbed trying to stop a trio of suspected shoplifters at the Boulevard Mall.

There is now an arrest.

24 year old Dardrequez Haynes was arrested in Syracuse.

He's charged with robbery, assault and petit larceny.

The two employees stabbed suffered non life threatening injuries.

Police say they have the identities of the two accomplices and are looking to contact them.
