Stafford, NY (WBEN) A 17-year-old Batavia resident died in a head-on crash Saturday night in the Town of  Stafford. New York State Police say that a car driven by 17-year-old, Colin Crane crossed the center line on Route 33 early Saturday evening and struck an oncoming vehicle driven by 49-year-old, Carmen Vega of LeRoy. Vega was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester to be treated for injuries. Crane was pronounced dead at the scene. The investigation is continuing.
