Developer Rocco Termini will present his plan for a mixed-use development at 320 Grote Street next Tuesday.  Business First notes the Grote Street  building was once the site of manufacturing for Pierce Arrow parts.  Termini's $6 million plan calls for 23 market-rate apartments and "unique" retail opportunities.

With state approval in hand, ECMC and Buffalo General Medical Center can proceed with plans for a $25.4 million Regional Behavioral Health Center.  The new center should be completed within a year on ECMC's Grider Street campus.

A Salsarita's Restaurant has opened at the Walden Galleria.  It's the third Salsarita's in the region.

Electromechanical power transmission products manufacturer and marketer Altra Holdings has been named to Forbes Magazine's "100 Best Small Public Companies in America" list for a second consecutive year.  Altra is the parent company of Niagara Falls-based Nuttall Gear.
