Prostitution Charge Dropped Against Local TV Celeb

PEMBROKE, N.Y. (AP) - Prosecutors have dropped a prostitution charge against a Williamsville woman who once appeared on a reality TV show.

Alicia Guastaferro's attorney, Dan Killelea says the Genesee County District Attorney's Office agreed to drop the charge during a court appearance Tuesday. The 21-year-old still faces misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal impersonation and possessing a controlled substance outside the original container.

She's due back in court March 12.

Guastaferro was arrested with Rochester attorney James Doyle at a New York Thruway travel plaza in August. Doyle initially was charged with soliciting a prostitute, but that charge was dropped last month. He still faces a drunken driving charge. He and Guastaferro have pleaded not guilty.

As a teen, Guastaferro appeared on the show "Wife Swap."

How do you feel about allowing school districts a second vote on their budget plan?
As long as it's a different plan it's ok.
I'm ok with a 2nd vote for the same or a different plan.
