Guilty Plea in Heroin Bust



Buffalo, NY (WBEN) A man arrested in October after flinging heroin around his hotel room has pleaded guilty.

22 year old Indaleccio Rodriguez Escalara admitted to charges of criminal possession and child endangerment.

Back on October 30th police executed a search warrant at the Economy Inn on Grand Island Boulevard, where Rodriguez Escalara jumped out of bed, ran to the desk and threw heroin around the room, covering his bed and three children in the drugs.

He faces up to 5 and a half years in prison when sentenced on January 4th.
