BUFFALO, NY (WBEN) -The man who allegedly doused a Jack Russell terrier now known as Phoenix with lighter fluid and set the puppy on fire in October refused to plead guilty Friday to a felony animal-cruelty count. If found guilty, 19 year old Adell Ziegler faces a possible two-year prison sentence. A hearing is scheduled for for Feb. 4.
