Buffalo Business Report - Friday, January 4th 2013



The average cost for a gallon of gas in Western New York has gone up a penny since last week to $3.72.  The AAA reports that's forty-two cents higher than the current national average cost of $3.30 per gallon.

The opening of the Dinosaur Bar-B-Que in downtown Buffalo has been delayed.  Business First reports pre-construction issues have pushed back the planned summer opening to this fall.  The Buffalo site for Dinosaur Bar-B-Que is directly behind Shea's Performing Arts Center.  The finished restaurant will have seating for 180 customers.

Travers Collins recently launched websites for a pair of clients; Artisans Hands of Buffalo and a private school in Rochester.
 
The Winter Market at Horsefeathers will open tomorrow at 8am.  The market is located in the Horsefeathers Building at 346 Connecticut Street and will also house some permanent food vendors when reconstruction has been completed.
