Buffalo, NY (WBEN) The high winds have knocked power out to as many as 2,000 customers in parts of Western New York at one point Friday afternoon. National Grid reports the outages were in Niagara Falls, the Tonawandas, and Buffalo. NYSEG reports 185 customers without power in Erie County, mainly in Clarence.
