Agent: "The K-Gun is back in Buffalo!"

Orchard Park, NY (WBEN/WGR) -- It appears that Doug Marrone will not only be leaving Syracuse for Buffalo, but he will also be bringing the Offensive Coordinator with him.

The agent for Nathaniel Hackett announced he has been hired as the Bills' Offensive Coordinator. Hackett has been the Offensive Coordinator under Marrone for the last three seasons.

Hackett was with the Bills once before, as he served as the team's Offensive Quality Control Coach under Dick Jauron.  He also worked in a similar position with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Hackett's agent Brian Ayrault went on Twitter to announce the hire: "The Bills just made a GREAT OC Hire! Congrats to Nathaniel Hackett. Very innovative coach...the K-Gun is back in Buffalo!"

Hackett, 33, is the son of long-time college and NFL play caller Paul Hackett.  This story comes a day after it was reported that Hackett was going to stay at Syracuse.
