Maple Forest Associates has sold a multi-tenant office building at 777 Maple Road to a local investor.  Business First reports the purchase price was $770,000.  The deal was brokered by McGuire Development.

DIGITS LLC, a Buffalo-based firm specializing in digital forensics, has expanded with offices in Rochester, New York and Cleveland, Ohio.

Waterbourne Construction Advisors has been selected by Aspire of Western New York as construction manager for its $7 million renovation project.  Aspire plans to start renovations at its Cheektowaga Center for Learning this spring.
 
Joe Basil Chevrolet was #1 in sales volume in New York State and 4th nationally for December 2012.  The dealership has ranked among the top ten in sales volume nationally for six consecutive years.

LP Ciminelli has been honored with a 2012 Safety Excellence Award from the Associated General Contractors of New York State.
