Niagara Falls, NY (WBEN) Niagara Falls Police say the suspect in a shooting that wounded a toddler last fall has surrendered.
32 year old Willie Scott Junior turned himself in to police and has been charged with first degree assault and criminal use of a firearm.
A two year old girl was shot in the face while sitting in a vehicle outside the Hometown Market November 27th.
Scott is being held at the Niagara County Jail without bail.
