Clarence, NY (WBEN) New York State Police arrested a 50-year-old Clarence man early Sunday and charged him with aggravated DWI after the man came to the station to report an incident. According to police, Ronald Baron drove to the State Police station in Clarence to report the incident. As police talked to Baron they suspected that he had been drinking and he submitted to a breath test which showed Baron had a BAC of .24% which is three times the legal limit for intoxication. Baron was released to a relative and will have to appear in Clarence town court at a later date.
