Sabres Get 7 National TV Appearances
Buffalo, NY (WBEN) The Buffalo Sabres will have a total of seven nationally televised games during this abbreviated season. Its home opener is the first.
Sunday's game against Philadelphia will be on the NHL on NBC package, as well as the Hockey Day in America broadcast February 17th, when the Sabres face off against the Pittsburgh Penguins.
Five Sabres games are scheduled to air on NBC Sports Network in 2012-13 including: March 10 at Philadelphia, March 17 at Washington, April 2 at Pittsburgh, April 7 vs. New Jersey and April 17 at Boston.
Buffalo will have its remaining 41 games broadcast on MSG in the Buffalo/Rochester market.
