NFL attendance was at 94% this year after falling in each of the four previous years. That has the NFL working harder to make its stadiums more mobile device friendly. CNN Money reports the league is experimenting with exclusive camera angles, on-demand replays and soon audio of mic'ed players delivered to their fans' mobile devices. The Patriots were the first to provide free WiFi and streaming video. That's expected to spread across the league within the next two years.
Summarizing a report by the National Association of Colleges and Employers, Forbes-dot-com notes average starting salaries for college grads is up 3.4% to $44,455. Engineering grads pull in an average of $62,000 a year; social science grads closer to $37,000 per year.
The Sports Business Journal reports Buffalo Wild Wings has signed on as a corporate sponsor with the NCAA. That gives the restaurant chain marketing and promotional rights for 89 NCAA Championships - including the men's basketball tourney. No terms of the deal were publicly announced.
