The local average cost for a gallon of gas in Western New York has stayed at $3.72 for the week.  At the same time, the AAA reports the national price has gone up three cents to $3.33; leaving a difference of thirty-nine cents per gallon.

According to the Rochester Business Journal, a U.S. bankruptcy judge has approved Eastman Kodak Company's financing arrangement.  The plan includes borrowing up to $884 million.
