The Erie Canal Harbor Development Corporation's development plan for East Canal Park has been approved by the Buffalo Planning Board.  Bids for the park project will go out in March and it should be awarded the following month.  Also approved was Ciminelli Real Estate's plan for the Conventus medical office building.

Heavy construction equipment dealer Monroe Tractor of Buffalo has expanded its parts and service department.

Benlin Distribution has installed solar panels on its roof as part of a continuing green approach.  Benlin offers warehousing and logistical solutions for transportation needs.

First Niagara Financial Group has announced an eight cents per share dividend to shareholders of record as of February 8th.  Distribution will be made February 15th.

Depew's Northeast Mechanical has been honored with a Design Excellence Award for its work as part of the design team at The Hotel @ Lafayette.
