Guilty Plea in Child Rape Case



Buffalo, NY (WBEN) A 50 year old man has pleaded guilty to raping a juvenile and videotaping the attack.

Craig Walek plead guilty to two counts of use of a child in a sexual performance, two counts of rape in the second degree and one count of criminal sexual act before Judge Penny Wolfgang.

Walek admitted to committing the acts between August 2006 and October 2007.

He faces up to 23 years in jail when sentenced in April.
