(WBEN) According to the Town of Tonawanda Police Department on Saturday they arrested Town Councilman Daniel J. Crangle on a charge of Stalking in the 3rd degree and Harrassment in the 2nd degree.

The charges stem from a domestic incident Saturday involved his estranged wife. An order of protection was issued and Crangle was released pending a future court appearance.
