Dickey became well-known in 2008, after carrying on a sexual relationship with one of her 14-year-old students at South Buffalo Charter School. At trial, it was reported she had tried to complete a suicide pact with her teenaged lover.
Last month, Dickey cut off her ankle monitoring bracelet, and fled the region with another parolee, 25-year-old Candice Brighon, whom she met behind bars at Albion Correctional.
