500 Seneca Street LLC, a partnership between developer Sam Savarino and FFZ Holdings LLC, has been purchasing property near the former F.N. Burt Company plant. Business First reports the property would be cleared out for parking.
The Buffalo Urban Renewal Agency has named an affiliate of Carl Paladino as the designated developer for a five acre parcel along the Erie Basin Marina.
Yancey's Fancy wants to expand from its 30,000 square foot facility to a 102,000 foot complex in Pembroke. The $7 million project would eventually add 80 workers when completed late in 2014.
Shea's Performing Arts Center has put out a Request For Proposals for naming rights to the former Studio Arena Theater. RFP's should be received no later than April 12th. Shea's is seeking a minimum of $500,000 and a ten year commitment.
