Another buyer has put the former Summit Park Mall under contract.  Business First reports Ontario's BGS Homes, Incorporated is finalizing a deal, although no terms were made public.  The company is said to be considering a number of options for the site.

The 15th Sav-A-Lot in Erie and Niagara Counties is coming to Cheektowaga's Airport Plaza.  The store has a tentative opening date of June 15th.

AT&T recently announced more 4G LTE coverage for northeastern Niagara County.  The company has invested over $1.4 billion in its New York wireless and wireline networks from 2010 through 2012.

Merchants Insurance Group has selected RC Inspection software from Risk Control Technologies to streamline its loss control operations.

The Food Bank of WNY raised a record $752, 931 through its 21st annual "Check Out Hunger" drive.  Nine local retailers helped the Food Bank raise those funds through shoppers adding $2, $3 or $5 to their grocery bills.
