Police say a white male entered the M&T branch on Walnut and Pine and demanded money.
The suspect is described as 5-5, wearing a black fur cap with chin strap and ear muffs, black coat, blue jeans and gray sneakers.
He was also wearing aviator sunglasses and a piece of white tape over his nose.

All of the schools in the Lockport district was in lockout mode, which meant people couldn't get in or out but inside the buildings the classes went on until the end of the day, when dismissal took place at the normal time.
