(WBEN) Western New Yorkers bundled up in green garments to brave the March chill, for the 20th annual "Old Neighborhood" St. Patrick's Day Parade. Traditional Irish music and dancers dotted the parade through the city's Old First Ward.
The city’s annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade kicks off from Niagara Square at 2 p.m. and continues along Delaware Avenue to North Street.
